5 star company, my order did not arrive after a week of waiting, I contacted company and was asked to wait a few days as they had checked with Royal Mail who said my item was still in their system, after another few days with no sign of my order I again contacted pharmpet company, who immediately sent a replacement product. My original order eventually arrived, I contacted pharmpet to let them know but they had already sent a replacement, and said not to worry to keep the replacement as a goodwill gesture for my delayed order. First class company.

We had a bad infestation of cat fleas, we'd treated our pets but needed an effective treatment for the home, I found the solution at PharmaPet, they shipped it and had it with us within a week, they kept us informed as soon as it was shipped, brilliant service. No more fleas! Would recommend PharmaPet.
