Staff very friendly and helpful. I was delighted to see originals from Keith Haring and Andy Warhol. Not to mention Banksy, but here we cannot talk about originals obviously. Anyway, there also is explanation on Banksys life and inspirational experience. Other reviews state that the exhibition is quite small but I don't think so. It's well curated and the old villa is a beautiful place for the art pieces. Don't miss the architecture and ceiling paintings / other decorations of the house as such when passing through the rooms! A stunning contrast to the art pieces. I definitely recommend it if you're into contemporary arts. There was a temporary exhibition of Robbie Williams when I visited. I didn't even know he created artwork. I enjoyed his unconventional drawings a lot. I would have appreciated a hint that the garden, which is part of the exhibition, can only be reached after passing the gift shop and the checkout. No signs or pictograms around.

Very good experience, the exhibits are superb, the one negative was that it was very busy so it was difficult to spend time looking at every exhibit

Fantastic gallery: we were lucky enough to see the Robbie Williams exhibition and was both delighted and moved by his work on mental health. Love how interactive the gallery is - all the staff were lovely throughout the visit too! Only thing is that at some points it was a little crowded, so maybe a bit of a “waiting” system could be implemented to prevent overcrowding in some of the smaller rooms. However, we enjoyed our visit and would very much recommend it! ☺️

The Moco Museum in Amsterdam is a must-visit for lovers of contemporary and modern art. From the moment you step in, you’re immersed in a vibrant and creative atmosphere. The collection is impressive, featuring works by iconic artists such as Banksy, Keith Haring, Yayoi Kusama, and more. Each exhibition is carefully curated, offering a unique visual and emotional experience. However, I would love to see more works by Yayoi Kusama in future exhibitions, as her unique style always leaves a lasting impression. Additionally, having an audio guide for Basquiat’s works would be fantastic, allowing visitors to delve deeper into their context and meaning. I’d also suggest adding more Basquiat-related merchandise in the gift shop, as it would make for excellent souvenirs for fans of his art. The museum stands out not only for its artwork but also for its innovative approach to presenting art in an interactive and accessible way. The immersive installations are a true delight, and the venue itself, housed in a charming classic building, adds a special touch. The staff is friendly and attentive, and everything is well-organized to ensure the best experience. Without a doubt, this is a place I’d recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

The museum is great and beautiful, even in the rain we could enjoy every little space. Different from other places we didn’t need to stay waiting in the rain and it was not crowded.

It is a compact museum (takes roughly an hour to get through), but feels like exactly the right amount in order not to overwhelm.

Offers a shorter and thus more convenient/digestible experience for an art museum in Amsterdam. The choice in artists was inspired and the sampling they had from each along with the free audio tour/visual blurbs captured each vibe well. The basement also has some neat visual rooms, worth bringing a friend to take pictures for you

Pink Cloud? - Luxury Experience! Fun snacks and sips - get to be in the very exclusive pink room on the top floor! Pair that with a little chat from one of the docents and you’ve made an experience to remember.
