These people also run an insurance scam they have a couple more scams they run pay attention to who u deal with there are alot of bad people in this world that love to steal people's hard earned money. So stay clear of this scam. Some people do receive what they ordered but very cheaply made this is how they can continue to do scam why do u think u can never get a hold of them

Ordered some spacers after receiving them and noticing they were not hubcentric and cheaply made decided to ship them back, it took two months back-and-forth emails and phone calls pictures, etc. Even though they sent me a paid shipping label after I told them the issue which they wanted me to pay shipping for in the beginning, they ended up only refunding me without the shipping cost, horrible company, customer service. Emails end up in your junk folder and several that I’ve sent either never make it or receive any back from them. I rarely do reviews, but this company was so bad I had to. I will find other places as well to spread the word, Better Business Bureau should be contacted, considering all the bad reviews that they have acquired.

Easy 90 day returns are not easy! Can't even get the information on how to make a return. The representative told me I would get an email with instructions. I did not. Called back, they do not answer. I would not recommend this company!

Horrible company. Sent my package to the wrong address. I've tried calling 6 times with no answer. Left 6 voice-mails, sent 3 emails. Can't even get anyone yo response. Literally stole my money and ghosted me. This company is an absolute scam!

I ordered a driver side mirror and I received a passenger side mirror. Ordered around October 25th and have been trying to get a hold of someone to get the mirror exchanged. I finally was able to speak to someone about 2 weeks ago and all they said was that they would call me back. Have been calling since then and no luck getting thru. Today is November 27th and I still don't have the correct mirror which I had ordered.

The headlights I purchased from you are the best I love them I have bought two sets now one for 2008 Chevy Silverado and another set for Toyota truck before if I had anything to do I done it before dark could not see well enough at dark to drive with the new torch beam LED headlights I can see great they really light the road up at night they are great headlights I would buy them again with out a second thought about it and I have referred others to buy them and they are glad they bought them they are very well made easy to install thank you Sun set auto for selling a great product

I ordered a set of Rear Strut Assemblys for my 2004 lexus rx330 RWD. I was messing with it for over 3 hours when I figured out that they sent me struts for a vehicle that is AWD, not RWD. When I called to try and get them to send me a replacement for the right parts, they sent me an email asking for information and then hung up on me! They refuse to answer my calls or email and won't send me the correct parts. They are a scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM....I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They will take your hard earned money, send you the wrong parts and screw you over

I would give them a zero but that is not an option. We did our research, my husband is thorough when it comes to that. We ordered Headlight replacements for my vehicle. We put in all the pertinent information in, got a "GREEN" check mark which meant it fit my vehicle, parts received, opened box and immediately noticed the size and said will not fit. Never took them out of the box, sent notice to Suncent and told them the parts would not fit vehicle. I got a response stating they will refund the money only after they receive them back. I have to pay for a product to be returned which clearly did not fit my vehicle even though I got a 'GREEN" check mark. However I did get an alternative solution, which was to keep the product, get a $20.00 refund and find someone who could use the product. Really? Totally unacceptable. Not a good business practice and would recommend customers do their business elsewhere.

I ordered headers for my truck that are guaranteed direct fit but they do not fit. I contacted customer service and they asked for a ridiculous amount of information in regards to my request for a refund and then told me I would be responsible for return shipping. I was also told they would have to inspect the item once they receive it back to see if it qualifies for a refund. So, I have to pay to return my item and am not guaranteed my refund.This is ridiculous.

I ordered LED fog lights that I was informed by the shop were the wrong size. They were unused installed and in the original packaging. I reached out to customer service for assistance on the correct size and return/replacement instructions. I had one response that provided the correct size, but was never provided information for completing the turn or exchange. Original inquiry was 10/30, last response was 11/8. I haven't heard anything in weeks and have reached back out multiple times. As the previous reviewer had mentioned, I wish I would have read the reviews earlier :/.

I ordered two performance exhoust ssystems but only recieved one. Now I have to call 40-50 times to get them to answer the phone. They keep telling me that I will get a tracking number but this has gone on for over week. I wish I would've rtead the reviews before doing bussiness with them.

I received the wrong part, then could not sign in my suncent account. That's the reason for 4 stars. But, since those goof ups, Suncent has made an effort to correct the mistake. Still waiting for their 'How to fix this solution'. Suncent has a bureaucracy to work through, but they are trying.

Ordered a set of LED bulbs for my vehicle and didn’t fit. Contacted customer service and told me to recheck size. Thought I got the correct ones this time and still didn’t fit. Emailed customer service again and no response. Says easy returns but I haven’t got any of that yet. Sent three emails and still no response.

Absolutely always... always add extra tape to all your exhaust systems.... almost everyone I recieve is missing parts because it broke open because of mishandling by Fed-ex ground who sucks.... please add extra tape to all shipments 📦.....

Item does not fit, needs to be returned. Return process is explained on website, but there are no options for processing. Very frustrating.
