Was told I had to send pictures and all the info of my truck and order. Took screenshots of the order and pictures of how they didn't line up and the email sent back stated I had to do everything all over again

United States | 09 October 2023Bought 2 inch tire spacers for my dodge 1500, put them on and drove to work the next day. As I got off on my exit the truck started to shake and next thing you know my tire comes completely off, the spacers stripped itself off. Seriously could’ve killed me

United States | 01 September 2023Ordered tire spacers to kick my truck tires out an inch. Received the product and installed. Before even getting it off the lift, the parts started popping and cracking. I contacted customer service. After messaging back and forth for over a week ( every reply took 24 hrs ) I have given up. They offered me $40 bucks or could return the items if they were not damaged and broken, HELLO!!!!! THAT IS THE ENTIRE REASON I AM WANTING TO RETURN THEM!!! Do not order from this company, they have crappy products and horrible customer service!!!

United States | 24 August 2023Stay away from this company, had to get pay-pal involved to get a refund, the struts clearly did not fit my car (2011 Mini Cooper) and this is what they suggested I should do, clearly a safety problem. Dear Paul, Kindly note that we have received the information. So sorry for the late reply. After double-checking this with our product team, it seems like you can fix the issue on the local repair stores. On this occasion, I wonder if you can keep it, we can offer you 90 usd (about 20% refund) without return. Is this okay for you? Return is such a headache for you. You need to repackage the item, go to the post office, and wait for the refund. if you still want to return, we can understand and we will help you return the item. Hope you can kindly understand.

Now they have the audacity to offer me $15 to keep or sell privately when i paid $77 for adapters.....as I read other reviews, looks like I won't get my money back.I HOPE THEY READ THIS...I WILL NOT BUY OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM SUNCENT AUTO...EVER!!!...MY PROFILE PIC SHOULD SAY IT ALL.....

United States | 20 June 2023In a single word... SCAM!! I used the part identifier on their website to find the spacers that fit my wife's vehicle. I got them, after a lengthy wait, and found they did not fit when I began to install them. I checked the fitment with the wheel I removed, by placing it on the back of the rim. I contacted their customer-no-service and was given the option for a $10 refund without sending the spacers back. After corresponding with them a second time and after giving them detailed info on the vehicle and pictures of the fitment, I was told that the fault was with me because I ordered the wrong part and again was offered a $10 refund. They would accept the return but would deduct the shipping fees from the refund and inspect the item before issuing any refund at all. I'm sure there would be a "problem" upon inspection and no refund made. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE if you want parts for your vehicle!!

United States | 10 May 2023Over the past two weeks I've been lied to more from Suncent than I ever have in totality from all the companies I've dealt with over the last 40 years. I confirmed via telephone the cutouts I needed were in stock and that I would receive them as promised on their website, before I placed the order. A week later they hadn't even been assigned a tracking number. They lied again and said there was a mix up on the shipping address (the same address I've used with multiple other companies for years). Once again, I was promised (lied to) that it would be shipped. It wasn't. I called again and spoke with another lady that stated she would put in an order to make sure it would get processed and this would trump my existing order, another lie. She placed another one on order for me, but it sat in my account awaiting me to pay for it. While it laid in wait, they sent me an offer of 15% off if I would pay for the second order. I sent an email giving them two days to ship my order or cancel it. By the second day, it had not shipped. I called and spoke to Andres(??) and told him to cancel the order. He assured me he would and I would receive an email that it was cancelled, ANOTHER lie! Around 3 AM of the following morning, amazingly it shipped. I had already ordered from an honest/reputable company that did what they advertised. I sent another email stating I didn't authorize that shipment, it was supposed to be cancelled, and to refund me my money. I got an email back two days later stating they'd give me my money back if I'd return the part once I received it and offered to refund me 15 for my troubles. Are you kidding me?! Me believing that they would actually do what they said is lower than the rating I gave them. At least I finally received the part that I no longer need and I'm only out of less than $50. I'm certainly not going to send back the part and be out of that and my money. Lesson learned. I will NOT be purchasing ANYTHING else from Suncent!

I’ve tried calling, emailing and chatting with them. No response. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, no response to them either. This place will rip you off. Don’t order from them.

Nobody ever answers the phone number. Filed a BBB that the company was a scam and basically took my money. Was given their original phone number and tried it but goes straight to generic voicemail. Received one call from ✌🏻✌🏻customer service. Sent them email with pics of order. Nothing 8 weeks of trying to contact anyone with no prevail. Called my credit card company and filed a scam against suncentauto.com. ZERO STARS! This company is straight bulls:;t. Lies and no calls. They sent me an email today. Haha 🖕🏻suncent auto. I sent them a cease any further contact with me.

United States | 28 February 2023No mention of needing a difficult to mount conbus for my car. spent time putting them in and they worked worked until I found out that they turn off as soon as a started the car engine. then i contact the company for a refund and they didn't answ3er me for over two weeks. Given that I asked VISa to refund my money. I would gladly send the bulbs back if the company either refunds my money or the credit goes through.

United States | 17 February 2023Suncent auto claims to have parts at a reasonable price, with easy returns. It does not. After I purchased headlight bulbs from them, I found them at a better price elsewhere. The bulbs they sent did not fit, which started an arduous return process. I had to send them pictures of the product, along with answering a detailed questionnaire. I did all of that, sent back the bulbs, and was not credited for the return. Numerous phone calls to customer support went unanswered. Beware - this company is shady.

United States | 15 February 2023I was ripped off!! I purchased replacement 6000k headlight bulbs for my BMW Z4 that their site said "This fits your 2003 BMW Z4" and it did not. I have only been able (after more than a dozen calls) talk to one person and I completed their return form with pics as they requested for return. It has been more than a month and a half of emails & calls and still no way of getting in touch with them for my money back. Rip off artists!!! Do not buy anything from them...pick a reputable company.No-one ever answers the phone and recording says they check their mailbox frequently that is a lie! I'd give a "0" if I could.
