We were disappointed with the jobs that came through. They were nearly all, very small jobs with high price tags to buy the leads. Often the leads go nowhere and we started to become very frustrated my this. The last thing is the lock in 12 month contract. Our work changed as our business evolved and we were stuck paying $300 a month and not using it. No way of changing or reducing the payments. We thought this was unfair and not good practice.

Very happy with response I received. Not all were suitable to me, but found a tradesman.

We needed someone to urgently do a bond pest treatment and had someone who could help us out with a reasonable rate within 10 minutes! The only thing is we were getting notifications the next evening after the job was already done, even though one person had replied immediately (by the time stamp) and was 25% cheaper so we may have gone with him if we'd known. That was the only issue we had. Otherwise it was a great first experience and we won't hesitate to use Hipages again!
