About Visa Service in Singapore

China’s rapid opening up in recent years, amid the ongoing globalization process, has led to a remarkable increase in people-to-people exchanges with other countries, creating a great demand for Chinese visas. Chinese Embassies and Consulates-General have been working hard to improve the quality of their visa services; however, with limited staff and available space, many have become overwhelmed by the increasing number of visa applications. In recent years, many countries facing such problems have chosen to introduce the Visa Application Service Centre system offering a wider range of more efficient services to applicants; Chinese Embassies and Consulates-General handling a large number of visa applications in certain key countries decided to follow this trend. Up to now, dozens of Chinese Visa Application Service Centres have been established throughout Europe, Asia, Oceania, and North America to provide quality Chinese visa services.

SCAM!!! This Company made us pay for the visa and also for the Arrival Cards. We found out after from the nearest embassy that there is no online solution for a Singapore E-Visa. The problem is that they answered on Watsapp and said to wait, and we almost lost a 3500$ Holiday because of this. We got help from the Singapore Embassy and we got the visa 2 days before departure. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!

Waste of time, while the rest of this city is so efficiently built, how come your visa services are just a pain and endless waiting?

This company uses designs of pages very similar to those of the official pages to deceive people. In small letters they hide information that is not complete anyway. The services they offer many times are not necessary and still charge for them.

It did cost. But beat the hell out of multiple trips to New ayork. Christine kept in touch and handled a few problems rapidly on to the Great Wall!

They were almost perfect. I went through them for my Chinese visa and got it about two or three weeks later. The visa being so late wasn’t really their fault since I sent it right before Chinese New Year. I sent my documents with an invitation and everything went smoothly. It’s really important to have ALL the correct documents when applying for the visa. The one thing visa express is really bad at is customer service. I emailed them twice and got no response so I had to call and they didn’t seem to happy to answer my questions. Other than that, they did what I paid them to do so can’t really complain.

DO NOT USE! Charlatans and con merchants! They do nothing and charge excessive costs. They are not official and have no right to claim to be. Apply for visas directly through the appropriate websites for whichever country you are visiting.

This company is a total con. I typed ESTA into my search engine and this site came up at the top I assumed it was the actual ESTA site. IT IS NOT THE ESTA SITE They charged my $89.00 for a ESTA which costs $14, there is no added value at all, the forms look identical. DO NOT USE THIS SITE USE THE OFFICIAL ESTA SITE

The bad reviews scared me, but having little time and other sites with just as bad reviews, i decided to go with visaexpress.net for my Chinese visa. The check list on what i needed and how it should be filled out was helpful. Im going to china on the 1st of april, and i mailed everything in on march 15th, got my chinese visa back in the mail on march 22nd. Was very surprised with the speed. I think all the bad reviews, are just people who didn't follow the directions well enough, or were possibly just rude to the staff. I called about the progress on my visa one time, and they were nice and polite over the phone. I included the invitation letter sent to me from my friends in china, and i included a detailed itinerary with dates, times, cities and provinces that i will be in. I pretty much gave them every document suggested, even though they only said i needed one of them. All together it was like 300 dollars, not bad at all.

Used their service for China travel visa and it was just terrible. Payed 240 dollars total for the service and the associate was very rude and did not explain all the necessary documents that was required. Ended up Fedexing over just to get a call the next day that I will have to go to the consulate in person. Complete scam.the Associate had multiple opportunities to inform me that they would not be able to accommodate my request, but instead they took the money and ran. Best part is after they Fedex mine passports and other documents back I get a letter from a credit collector for a Fedex payment that I owe for their shipment of my documents back to me. The level of incompetence and disrespect is amazing. So not only did they steal my money they are also attempting to ruin my credit. The absolute worse company i have ever dealt with. Will be filing complaint with FTC and BBB. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

A FUIR.

A EVITER !!!

This company accepts no responsibility for any of its failures. We paid for 3 day turn around and was assured that the passport had been processed and all was fine. However, the morons that work at the agency in Houston couldn't manage to properly place these passports in the FedEx drop box. In fact, they couldn't take the time to hand deliver the packages to a FedEx location. They were also not aware of their error until customers started calling them asking about the whereabouts of their packages. I would not recommend using this company in the future.

I applied for 2 business visa for China the week before Christmas and to have the passports with visas back by the end of the year. Paid for 5 day turn around service. On the 27th in the afternoon I get a call from Kim Ross, and she says she can only get me visas the 6th of January unless I pay extra and upgrade more, they are closed. Holidays. When I, confused and alarmed because why was I not informed before Christmas, I am running out of time, ask who is closed for the holidays (we did that 5 times over) and how long she just wouldn't give me an answer, just be irritated and saying "closed for holidays". Finally I asked her if she thought I was stupid, why won't she give me an exact answer, and she hung up. I called back twice, she did not answer, instead sent an email she wouldn't give us visas, canceled our order and shipped our documents back. Self righteous, pompous, rude and impolite.

The representative was extremely helpful. She sent me instructions that were easy to follow and understand. I received my China visa on time and that was awesome, because I am due to travel shortly. I would definitely recommend Donna. She informed me of every step I had to take and it was fast and easy to complete my application. I would also highly recommend the services she provided, especially if you are in a crunch for time and you need things done fast and accurate, you will not have to worry and you will get your documents on time. Special thanks to her. Very happy customer!
