It was too late to get an emergency appointment in time on our own. Visa Express helped us fill out the appropriate paper work, explained how to do everything, and took care of everything for us. We received the passport with a few days to spare even with the July 4th holiday in between. They sent us telephone voice messages and emails letting us know that they had received our paper work and then letting us know that the passport was on its way after it had been issued. Nury was our representative, and she was very helpful, calm, patient, and professional.
