I initially thought that I had ordered 2 boxes of the Lily's Kitchen treats, but I found out it was only 1 box. I emailed Jacks Pet and Country in the first instance, then decided to ring to make sure that the email was read. I spoke to a delightful lady, who put me in the right direction for ordering another box which would be sent with the original order. Perfect.

Good experience.Delivery and packed well. However an alternative item was sent, presumably as no stock of what I’d ordered and my dog doesn’t like the alternative!

It was a lovely surprise to have a free packet of dog treats with my order.

Unfortunately, the strike of royal mail and their incompetence failed both me and jack's pet and country and I didn't receive what I've ordered. However, I received great service and quick response to my email as well as a refund for the lost goods so I'm pleased.
