Very fast service

Item took longer to arrive then the 10 days stated, but we were happy to wait. It arrived with the box a bit dented but the item was very well packaged and was undamaged. If one thing could be improved I would say to let get updates from artist if an item is out of stock.

Online ordering very easy. Confirmation of order was straight away. Was concerned about delivery date,so emailed legendURN, who replied immediately. Order delivered the next week. Very pleased with service, and loved what I ordered.

Just buy from elsewhere i wouldn't recommend this company at all I'm not even getting into it.!!!!

I do love it, I was worried it would be broken when it arrived but thankfully it wasn't. It was wrapped up really well. It got delivered within the time frame. The only negative is the colour, it was much lighter than the picture on the website. There is a warning that they are one off peaces so colours may very.

Lovely product, worth waiting for

On the 29th May I ordered urn article number 301323 and ashes bag for natural stone. I received confirmation of order and payment was taken, however I have still not received my order nor have I received any updates or notifications regarding delivery date. I made sure to read their reviews regarding delivery before ordering thinking I would receive notification, an update about my order or a refund within 3-4 weeks.

Excellent! Item took a little longer than anticipated but so worth it. The selection of items is so vast it's hard to choose, but my item is so beautiful, I love it. Would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the customer service. Prior to my order, I phoned The Netherlands from the UK and a Kevin called me back. He was very helpful. I needed to know some details of the urn I wanted to order and he said they will contact the supplier and assured me I will get a response soon. I was kept informed of progress, which I was very pleased about. Then Yari was also very helpful and replied to my emails very promptly. I understand it isn't always easy to reply promptly if it's busy. The whole process made me feel very confident placing an order with an overseas company. When the urn was delayed by FedEx, I received an email from Legendurn to let me know. It was great service! The urn is perfect! It was a struggle trying to find one the correct size. So pleased I ordered from this company.

Although our funeral urn is of good quality and looks elegant, the delivery service was poor, delayed by over a week after arriving at our local delivery point. We were given several reasons for this, all different, therefore spoiling the overall experience.

I originally gave them 1 star and an abysmal service review. That was because the first order got lost, fedex said they couldn't find the order and blamed legendurn and communications with lengendurn became frustrating (not helped with support tickets being automatically closed). However, on asking for a replacement order to be sent out, legendurn sent it out immediately and kept me upto date throughout. A far far better experience. Order arrived within 4 days of being sent out (first order timeline was 5-6 weeks). Item itself is excellent and as a memorial urn, very fitting, well made and just what I was after. A fantastic and fitting product. Worth pursuing for a replacement.
