This order never arrived

Told my urn would arrive on Wednesday 27 4 2022 waited in all day contact the courier still in France big mistake buying

The item was first class but postage wasn’t great but could be down to UK leaving the European market and Covid still recommend

My wooden urn arrived this morning & it’s exceeded all my expectations!! Absolutely amazing & worth the 10 day shipping time to the UK! Cannot praise this company enough! Worth every penny! Perfect!!

Perfick all round 👌 Kept up to date with dispatch and delivery...item is lovely..I wanted something natural as mum had wicker casket when cremated...I needed an urn this size to put half her ashes in so I can have them intererrd in my dads grave.. Highly recommend and good price !

The urn was delivered within 2 weeks which I am so glad for as I needed it before scattering my sons ashes. I was worried after reading some reviews but am so pleased as it was packed well with no breakages and looks great amongst my photos of my son. Thank you for making something unusual and delivering on time.

BEAUTIFUL urn but disappointed with the writing, considering the price charged to have writing added you’d think it would be done by machine or if hand done, done to a better standard as unfortunately it looks like a child has done it. Item was well packaged to arrive safe and arrived on time.

My Urn arrived very promptly but the lid of the Ern was damaged. However we glued it together and it seems fine.I would suggest that there should be more protection for the lid to avoid damage in the future.

Bigger than I anticipated however a top quality, beautiful Urn and looks lovely. Having an option of a name plaque great idea.
