Avoid this company at all costs! We paid them a deposit because they gave us a great quote and said they could pick up our car on the day we needed it picked up. When the day came they said they didn’t have a driver so they promised the next day. When that day came they said one of there customers had a death in the family so they couldn’t pick our car up that day. It was one excuse after another so we had to find a diff company. They couldn’t keep up there part of the contract but they refused to refund our deposit money. When my daughter gave them a bad review they started blowing up her phone and harassing her, very unprofessional!

Usacarshio review Terrible service. used them once and all was fine. I was working with a representative named Max Payne out of Cummings Ga. He seemed very thorough and it was very important to him that I post good reviews for on about five websites. He practically begged me to do so. I accommodated as he had done a satisfactory job. The second time, the driver allowed my windshield to be broken which I did not notice immediately as the car was new to me. I called Max the next day and he told me he would take care of it and had me send before and after photos, which I did. Days went by with no news so I texted him again. Max Payne assured me that “the entire team” was working on my claim and he’d contact me as soon as he had successfully completed he claim and his underwriting company was ready to pay for my windshield. ThaT never happened. He finally admitted that he’d never filed the claim and had misrepresented himself to me (I.e., he’d flat out lied to me). So I am posting this review to steer good people away from this comment. These companies seem to dodge all regulation, try to jack prices while they hold your car hostage and worse. Do your research and choose company with national reputation like U-Ship. I’ll be posting this review a few other places then turning it over to my attorney uncle to sue them for much more than actual damages. Avoid UsaCarship and avoid dishonest Max Payne especially.

Low quote, agent (Robert Austin) could not deliver. Standard business practice for budget auto shippers. Original quote was $845, ended up paying $1350. Robert called me a few times during transport, but had information that was out of date. Had to call carrier directly to get correct info. I have GPS tracking on my vehicle so I knew where it was anyways. Was badgered a few times to leave this review. Doesn't affect the rating and facts above; just a little annoying.

My circumstance is like many of the other 1 star reviews. I was given a price of $795 (including a $150 upfront deposit) to ship a car from CA to AL. Because of family medical emergencies, I had to change the date of the shipping twice, and it changed from the estimated date of Jan. 22 to Feb. 20, ultimately. The day before, Anna Martin calls me and tells me that the rate is now $1,375. I wouldn't pay that much, and had to negotiate her down three or four times in order to get a price that was in line with other reputable online shippers. I can only imagine that changing the date gives them the freedom to attempt to pry more money out of you. While I am disappointed in the entire process, I am most taken aback by a claim that she made while haggling on the final price--pay $100 upfront that will go to the driver to help pay for fuel and other expenses, and pay him on receipt of the vehicle. The driver got none of that--USA Carship pocketed the $250, and the driver got $800. A bold-faced lie. Never again will I do business with them.

This was my first time arranging a car shipment - I had never bought a car remotely before. Arranging the shipment, working out all the details and communnication during the transport was on the highest level. I was looking to ship my car from Atlanta to Los Angeles. When choosing a dispatcher, I made sure to get a lot of quotes. I spoke with Scott from USA CarShip, he stayed in touch constantly with me. When I was ready to finally move forward. Scott found me a truck within a week. They picked the car up on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. I was surprised by the speediness of it. The car was delivered with no issues.

By far the most smooth transaction I had with a broker agent booking vehicle; from the customer to a rapid response from Scott. Will for sure will be calling him to book more vehicle.

Avoid at all costs! Erick did a bait and switch from quote to actual price! I paid my deposit, and the day they wanted to pick up my car for transport, I was notified that the delivery price was going to almost double the quote! The quote was even in their contract. This is the kind of company you hear horror stories about. Wtv you do, go in knowing that the price they give you, is not the one you are going to actually pay in the end. Car was delivered fine, but that was only because of the driver who they gave the load to. Wouldn't go through this broker again.
