I was quoted a price and signed a contract. 2 days before pickup, a second agent called and said it would be $500 more or I couldn't ship. I paid because I had a scheduling problem if my truck was delayed. I contacted USA CarShip and was told they would get back to me in 48-72 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. I now will dispute it with my credit card company. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND USA CarShip to anyone!

I worked with Michael Taylor, who was patient for the most part and accommodating. Michael consistently followed up, once I started looking for a carrier. Once everything was taken care of and he answered my questions. The shipment ended up being roughly ~$300+ more than the quoted price that was sent, so please be prepared to pay more than the quoted. This seems typical of the company, and shipping companies in general. There was a communication breakdown between USA Carship and the actual drivers, which caused some frustration and the driver called 5 minutes before delivery to my home.

Max Ryan has excellent customer service skills and handled transportation of my two cars with excellent professionalism. He was very reassuring when I was concerned and even asked the driver for a discount on his fee when we had a miscommunication and I thought the price was too high. The only problem was that I asked max to ask the driver to transport a stand for the hard too and the driver left it at the origin two states away . But this was not Max’s fault, the driver did not have very good English skills. All in all I was pleased with his thorough care of my account and I would use your company again. We are carrier company and we booked our last shipment with Anna Martin and the experience was great so far. She is a very nice lady to work with.

First we agreed on a price, but the broker kept trying to get me to agree to paying more. I refused. He told me they were options. Options to pay more? The driver arrived and his trailer was in extreme disrepair. I should have never shipped my $80k new car with cars loaded that were totaled. My car arrived with over $3600 in body work damage. The driver pretended to cry and said then after he said there was no damage. The Tesla has 7 cameras that recorded everything. They said they would give me $500 for a damaged Tesla. I have retained counsel and will be pursuing legal action at my loss in the end, but it's the only way to stop companies that operate like this. The driver would not provide his CDL as he didn't have one. He did have insurance paperwork, but the company not the insurance refused to cover anything, but $500. This is a broker and not an actual shipper. They will use cheap drivers with damaged equipment to ship your vehicle. They will NOT pay for damage they cause.

Got everything taken care of and answered my many questions. This seems typical of the company, and shipping companies in general. I believe the price was right in the middle of the market, so considering Danny's great communication, I would recommend this company. I know this is not everyone's experience with USA Carship, and some end up paying much more than quoted.
