** edited - I can not delete the review ** They fully refunded the deposit - so I've edited my review, per my promise. Which is entirely different than you'll experience if you contract with them - the quote will be half of what they try to strong arm you into agreeing to for auto transport. You've probably read blogs that say "do NOT make a deposit to book with a broker..." and I'll second that! In fact, I've never experienced a more dishonest industry in my life.

Yes the price went up, which maybe I didn't read the fine print. Shopping around, their quote was also the cheapest price, the final payment only exceeded the original quote by $400. Maybe some education from my contact at the beginning would have helped. I had never shipped a car, so when the prices kept rising I was suspicious. Car pick up and drop off were delayed when trying to facilitate from across the country... are arrived in great condition though!
