I ordered a new golf club, without realising I had just ordered the head (without a shaft or grip). Instead of just sending this, Nordica contacted me to check that my order was correct, and then sent me a link to enable me to order the complete club. The club then arrived promptly and well packaged.

Ordered a couple of golf clubs as a first order from Nordica Golf and cannot fault their service. Emails come regularly updating on the delivery status. Products arrived in good time and free delivery is a bonus. You can customise the clubs to your own setup, choose shafts, lengths etc. top service and would not hesitate to recommend. In fact I have ordered 2 more clubs from them based on this first purchase.

The site is fairly easy to negotiate, once order is placed delivery is sorted, I use their tracker option to find out where my package is. Have not been disappointed with product so can not comment on customer service. Would recommend based on my experience.

Clicked on the site - single length irons were out of stock (4-6 weeks wait). Got a confirmation email for the order, and an email when when the stock was available. Asked them to confirm they still had the order and they replied immediately. Clubs arrived in good time. Items were correct as per order. Only tiny point was one of the hosel rings was loose on inspection. Easily re-glued. Otherwise they seem to "do what it says on the tin"

Ordered an Acer 4wd with 45g reg proloaunch shaft, excellent product, delivered within timescales etc. I will now be ordering a Driver as these products are excellent value for money for a mid handicapper............
