Great service arrived on time

I ordered a shaft for my driver and received it. However, I brought the wrong one so needed to send it back. I sent this back on the 10/06/2023 and still haven’t received my refund !! I have emailed multiple times and have not received an email back.

Perfect transaction. I would highly recommend Nordica golf and will definitely use again.

Ordered a golf club from Nordica who accepted my money despite knowing it was out of stock. They failed to answer my email asking for update. They answered once I complained through paypal telling me item was still out of stock and were expecting more soon. Not a way to run a business. I cancelled my order and eventually got a refund, therefore I would not recommend them on this basis.

Do not use this company you will loose your money!!! One big joke - money down the drain. Over six weeks to get one golf shaft or a refund. Customer Service totally appalling, non existing. Thieving people's money that's what this is. John - Berkshire, England

Excellent service

Was a bit sceptical after ordering due to other reviews on here. BUT I Ordered an acer flipper. Yes it took a few more days to despatch as its the start of nice weather. Turned up few days after due date but was not in a hurry. Excellent club well packaged. and excellent quality very impressed.

Request to review has come before delivery has been made. Four weeks and counting. Fingers crossed they appear.

Placed an order 11 days ago with the items showing as in stock (golf grips). I contacted the company after a week to see when it was going to be shipped and haven't heard anything back. Poor service and want my money back or the products paid for / not even sure if they're genuine. Revised after quick response and refund.

Great products and great service as always. I have been looking for the right wedge set for ages. Have been through most of the big names, Mizuno, Cleveland, Titleist Vokey. I now have a set of Acer XB Satin and they are performing better than any of the above.

Do not use this website!! I got an initial email back to a query on an order but asked to cancel an order before it had even been despatched. They ignored this and multiple further emails and sent the order out regardless. They have ignored my emails asking to arrange a return and refund, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Terrible experience. Returned the product without opening the box. Emailed to confirm they received it and got told they haven't had time to pick it up yet, but it was delivered to a delivery point nearby. Emailed again a week later and no reply this time... two weeks later and the product is returned to me with a sticker "not claimed". Now down the product cost + shipping cost for the return. Local customer service line is "number does not exist" and if you call the main line it says to email. Scammed for 250eu
