Recently (Feb 2022) bought a great pair of Crockett & Jones boots, which for the quality were very reasonably priced, the boots arrived on time, were well packaged and in excellent condition, exactly as shown in the photos and accurately described. I will be looking to buy from here again.

The shoes looked good, but a critical view revealed a very bad sole. Hidden under a new piece of rubber. Which did not match the quality & class of this shoe. So I made extra costs for resoling the pair which is equal to the purchase costs. A unwelcome surprise. Good reaction & gesture from Abbot. Agree to disagree on the soles. But my cobbler showed me and explained me the condition. So returning isn’t an option because he’s re-soling them. Thanks for your quick and fair reaction.
