Bought XIAOMI Redmi Note 9 from them. Great price, fast delivery and service. They offered an additional discount for the next purchase, definitely going to come back! Was surprised to see some negative feedbacks from the past, I guess they did a good job on improvements.

Phone stopped working after 3 months. Kept emailing them on all the three email addresses but never had any response. Even sent online forms but no response. All emails were answered before sales but after sales, they selectively stop answering. So sat with a £240 product with no use.

***DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NIS-STORE *** I purchased a phone for my wife a Xiaomi Mi 5 which decided to stop working about after 11 months of use. I contacted NIS-Store a number of times through the contact details on their website and have just been ignored. the product is less than 12 months old and should be covered under manufacturer's warranty but their customer service ignore any request for repair or replacement. they do not engage with their customers. Save your money and purchase your phone elsewhere!

Ordered a phone for one of my workers. She paid for it, even paying for the fast shipping with DHL. It was supposed to have arrive in 3-7 days. Well after waiting for 6 weeks, I started emailing. Sent one email and got an automatic response saying they valued my business and would get back to me. No such luck. Tried using the email address that showed up in the paypal transaction. Still no luck. Email them through the paypal resolution center. No response. I finally escalated the case through paypal. Surprise, they emailed paypal with a tracking number saying it was delivered. Paypal then decides the case in their favor. When they forwarded me the tracking information I got the biggest laugh! Tracking information was for a delivery to Elizabeth, New Jersey! We live in Nova Scotia, Canada. I kept trying to email them directly. I got one response, asking me what the problem was. I`m not sure how clear I was when I said `Phone not received`. They never did email me back after that. Advising everyone to steer clear of this site!

Worst experience ever! Ordered 3 IP cameras, when the package arrived, only one camera in it. Although I paid the import duties for 3. Never got my money back, at first someone took care of the case, saying that I should be reimbursed, but at one point no one replied to my emails anymore.... What more? the only camera they sent I was unable to use, because it is a product made for use in ''Mainland China'' only, so first time it connected to internet it blocked everything! EDIT: after posting this review, finally someone took action. So if you have problems with NIS-store, no need to try to contact them, just post a bad review! Anyway, will never order again with them...

bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3(Track# 06-07-9047) which had many issues from the beginning, like(auto rotate not working, battery draining quickly), but i thought of living with it because i had no time to get this fixed.Later when the battery stopped charging, I contacted them regarding this and they told me to send it back to china (me paying the cost of course) through national mail service. which I did, after they received the package on June 15. They updated me their parts for repairing is not available and i have to wait until the parts are available....Really?I have paid for the phone and also for the shipment and asking me to wait until the part is available..which means wait for as long as it takes?? Ridiculous. I am planning to wait for 1 more week and if no response i will file a consumer complain as per consumer protection ontario. I Regret buying the phone from this website.

I bought a laptop for over 1000 dollars which didn't even switch on. Contacted them regarding this and they told me to send it back to china (me paying the cost of course) through national mail service... which I did, after sending the tracking number to them no one was picking the parcel up for 2 weeks, after they got it instead of sending the money back they sent it to the xiaomi service. I got tired of the situation so I contacted paypal about this and I got my money back through a claim. PS I also contacted xiaomi about the issue and they confirmed that this is not an official reseller even though the xiaomi site redirects to this shop.

I have purchased Xiaomi Mi 6 128gb black on NIS-Stere, my order number is 12-06-49518. I paid on Monday and got tracking information next day. Phone arrived within 4 days after payment sent as was advised by this seller. Packing looks good and the phone is excellent with a powerful, design, camera. I am happy with this purchase and want to recommend this seller despite the below rewiews.

Absolutely diabolical service and contact. They sent item to the uk that was in Chinese with American plug. Then their customer service Department does not want to know when you send it back. Royal Mail has tried return it but no one there to receive item. Looks as though these Chinese companies are all the same. I'll be dealing in the U.K. From now on.

I just bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 from them. Order placed on the 7th of May, arrived on the 13th of May. I honestly bought from them without reading the reviews online. Which was fortunate, as I see that lot of other people claim to have had serious issues. I can't complain at all. Customer service has been super quick in responding (I spoke to Antoine, if that helps!). Shipping the day after receiving the payment, all went as expected, I'm totally happy, and I'd definitely buy again from them. I firstly came here to check if they are legit. They are, don't worry!

I have bought 2 Xiaomi Redmi Pro phones on this store. Accidently, the first one broke because I dropped it, then I got myself a second one (because they don't offer guarantee or anything really for your new phone). I placed the second order last thursday (16th March) and today (Tuesday 21st) I've been told by DHL that it will arrive to the UK where I live by Friday. It is roughly what it took for the previous one to arrive as well so at least I find it consistent, a bit too much but I don't find it too excessive. Also, I contacted them for this purchase on the 3rd working day from where I placed my order and they were actually pretty quick to reply (less than 1 day). I asked them for the DHL tracking code and the status, which they sent me with no problems. Overall, I would recommend it if you're not too desperate to get your phone soon - as I am! Hahaha

I made the purchase of this product at $ 189.00 believing I was on the Xiaomi official website which is wrong, as I contacted xiaomi.com who confirmed that nis-store was not a seller Approved for Xiaomi. Another thing that disappointed me is that in the end it is not $ 189.00 but well $ 238.06 with shipping costs and DHL charges upon arrival of the package. Once the device unpacked, I see that the serial number on the box and in the device its dispute. So I go to the official site Xiaomi.com to do Authenticate, and to my disappointment, the device is not genuine because by entering the IMEI code and the serial number of the device I receive a message Error, which suggests that it would be a forgery. I then ran a benchmark test that was supposed to be around 85,000 but I got 68,000 as a result. I therefore asked for a monetary compensation to the seller, who refused, this is where Paypal came into play, and offered to post the device at my expense for a refund of the purchase price of $ 189.00 which Means that I would lose $ 49.06 that I paid for the DHL transportation and delivery plus the shipping costs to my charge with an insurance on the school, which would cause me a monetary loss of close to 100.00 $ So for my part, I do not recommend to anyone what to buy. order Number #01-17-33292 I ordered on the 17th a Xiaomi red mi pro edition cell phone. I paid with paypal and the money was as usual instantly withdrawn from my bank account. Couple of hours later I got the order confirmation and as well stated, for the additional parts / items I ordered. It was a full aluminium display enclosure / cover and a package of protective foils and 5 in 1 bluetooth car USB charger. An estimated dispatch of the items was mentioned in the order confirmation with 2 days later. Afterwards I got the info, that the upcoming Chinese's New Year will delay the whole delivery and a dispatch was postponed to the 4th of February. They asked me, if I want to cancel the whole order, but I refused. Finally on the 4th of Feb, I requested the tracking ID and asked if they have released the consignment already ! At this time I was on Phuket and the time gap between Thailand and China is very less. So they haven't been able to answer in a short period of time and sometimes, I was forced to asked more than once. On the 8th a got the reply, they will share soon the tracking ID. Finally they have been able to provide me with an ID on the 10th. The final arrive was on the 16th of February with DHL Express. After I held the package in my hands, I checked it if everything is in. Guess what happened, ? They have forgotten to put in the 5in1 Bluetooth USB Charger and the aluminium protective case. So instantly I wrote an Email to the general sales and Sales11@nis .. Couple of minutes ago I got an email, that they will refund the missing items ! They didn't asked me for or this has been done without my permission ! So I wrote them back, that I insist on the delivery ! Couple of minutes later, I got an info from paypal accounts, that made the refund. I cross checked then and observed , that the sum is less and compared to the order confirmation, I have actually paid for, specially for these two missing items. Again I wrote an additional Email and asked for the delivery to complete it, because I insist on it. No answer so far and this lapidary answer in the refund as a short note .. sorry , doesn't cover or is a general excuse for this lousy service. Beside of that, the cell phone is running very unstable. I would say: an old Samsung S2 has a better performance, when it comes rate the stability of the running android system. which is a mui8 Xiaomi version. By now I still wait for an answer and hopefully they have at least the correct attitude, to show instant action to solve this case. If not, you can bet that I do for the next time nothing else, as establish postings and reports to every forum and official accounts I find, to rate it negative.

It would be useful to receive the tracking number before delivery. The transit-time within 10 days from date of order is realy great. I've placed an order for a xiaomi notebook air 13.3'' on Monday, and paid for a faster delivery. Today is saturday, the money was withdrawed on thursday and there was no feedback about the shipment status. I've sent a couple emails and no response has come. Furthermore, I wanted to know how could I track the order as I had no account when placed the order and once more no response! Order #02-06-35755.

My order of the Mi notebook air 12.5' was placed, confirmed and paid on Monday, and they said it would be dispatched within 2 days. Now 2 days have past, I haven't received any information of my order, and they never reply to the emails I sent them. I don't really know what is going on right now. My order number is #02-06-35868
