United States | 20 January 2017I bought a Mi Mix in November (order #11-16-25906), which worked fine until I tried using the fingerprint. I don't normally secure my phone, but I decided to use the fingerprint reader. Well, wouldn't you know it it wasn't working properly. It works (every time) for a few hours then the reader seems to degrade until finally it doesn't recognize my fingerprint at all. So, goes from reading perfectly, to missing (buzz feedback) to missing all attempts to gain access to the phone. Things I did. Cleared cace, davlik and user data, flashed China developer ROM, back to China Official ROM, unlocked bootloader, flashed TWRP and cleared cache, davlik and user data after each attempt. Xiaomi cannot help me as there are no repair shops in the US, and this phone is China only, and I understood my only protection was the 12 month warranty from NIS-store. I have written them four times, with two responses: One, quite detailed, suggesting I clear cache, davlik and user data which I previously had done. I replied with my attempts so far, as described above, the second as if they didn't received my response) suggesting I install the China ROM. Just blowing me off. Last two requests for assistance, including asking for their 12 month warranty assistance, were ignored.

Kuwait | 18 January 2017I ordered the Xiaomi Mi Max mobile phone from nis-store.com. The phone arrived from China. I turned it on; the notes application was not working and kept shutting down. Within 30 min the Xiaomi phone was completely dead. Nothing on the screen. There is no nis-store.com support phone number and no easy to find email. I finally found a skype number but they would only chat and would not accept my phone call. The sales person (销售 sales11) sent me instructions to send my $335 phone back to china. I asked for a DHL return label and they refused to send me one and insisted that I send it via "national mail". I HAD TO PAY OVER $20 TO SHIP BACK THEIR MOBILE PHONE THAT WORKED FOR LESS THAN 30 MIN. They forced me to throw good money after bad money. Shameful. I sent the phone back over 2 weeks ago, and nobody is refunding my money. I finally figured out how to make them respond via PAYPAL. And they are insisting they have not received the phone as of yet. So far this has cost me over $355. I would like to be refunded $355 for the broken Xiaomi Mi Max phone ($335) and the shipping I had to paid to send the phone back to China ($20). This was a big mistake on my behalf to purchase from a company that does not offer basic support to the products they sell.

Greece | 17 January 2017I ordered Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 189 usd...i paid extra 30 usd for DHL to be from China to Greece in 9 days and not in 45...total cost 219 usd...it was writing only FREE SHIPPING to GREECE but nowhere was writing that i will have to pay for custom and taxes 100 usd!!! I didn't receive the smartphone because because i can't afford the taxes and i asked them to send my money back. At first they said that it was not fault about custom and when i sent them the 2nd e-mail they didn't answer...we will see what will happen! Do they care for their customers or only for money?

Netherlands | 30 November 2016After reading a positive review about NIS-store I ordered the Xiaomi notebook 12.5 inch. They do not mention import taxes for the package. So I got a bill of high import taxes to pay from DHL. The package arrived soon so this was positive. The Xiaomi notebook was not functioning well (startup and trackpad issues) so I mailed NIS-store about this. I received a general anwer and even after several mails and waiting for 2 weeks still no answer to my question about return policy and garanty. Very unreliable and not transparant webshop.

United Kingdom | 28 October 2016I purchased the Mi5S Plus (Gold, 6GB, 128GB) on Thursday 20th, it took until 27th (7 days) to reach me via DHL and it estimated by Friday. I was very pleased with the service. I initially paid £435 but then DHL hit me with their amazing import taxes.. So far my impressions on it are amazing, the phone feels so luxurious and premium, way more than the price I paid for it. My hands are sweaty from trying to handle it because it's too precious to damage in the slightest. I used nis-store.com which I was VERY skeptical about, but upon receiving the phone, I'm really pleased nonetheless to say. Anthony, who was an advisor, had kindly helped with enquiries through email which took a day for each mail to NIS. I can't complain because I still recieved emails back and got my phone in the end. Google Play Store is installed and the phone functions fine, there are no UK locales yet so I set it to Argentina? Which seems to work. This isn't Nis's problem, this is Xiaomi's China ROM issue. Honestly, I would recommend this retailer for Xiaomi products without a doubt, if you're patient. Asad
