Have used many raw food suppliers, but this company goes above and beyond. Just defrost and use, easy. Place an order and return and re-order when needed or place a different order. Always notified when order is being processed and then when the delivery date will be, usually a couple of days. You don’t even need to be in!

Good quality meat.My dog is very choosy slow eater and so far he is enjoying every tray.

Great food I order from here all the time ,I feel the meat is good quality unlike some other raw food which is too minced up, fast delivery too.

The food is to the usual high standard, loved by Molly. We collect from the farm and the box was brought out and put in the car for us.

Been using this company for a couple of years now, always great service, had only one issue with one order that the courier said he left the box in the front portch witch i dont have, explain the situation to the company and they did send another box even knowing it was not their fault. Our dog loves this food! We have a fussy Irish Terrier who has turned her nose up at quite a lot of food. She loves this food, and it comes in very easy single meal packages - easy to defrost and keep in the fridge. Kay is also great at answering any questions about the food, delivery etc. Great customer service!

Food delivered on day selected One very happy dog! Loves his new food! Much meatier appearance than their competitors . I’ve ordered from this company several years ago when first transferring to raw but on that occasion found the round containers that were used at that time not easy to deal with when not using the whole meal in one go. Very happy they have now changed to a better shape for this purpose. Very happy and will re-order.

Have been ordering food from raw made simple, since June last year, the food is always amazing quality, mt doggy loves it!, the bones are great and delivery is always spot on, the hampers are a great price too.

Trying to find a food that all 7 dogs like can be tricky so we ordered the selection hamper and so far they have all eaten everything - the best review for me!

I have ordered from this company before. Lovely people to talk to, very helpful and accommodating. Delivery was simple, arrived when said. I will always continue to order from them whilst my lovely doggie is still alive. The raw bones take ages for my dog to chew so keeps him mentally stimulated as he’s slowed and needs this. Also the raw packed food and turkey necks (I think!). Either way I have a happy dog. The pricing is also very reasonable.
