Used Raw Made Simple for the first time last week and everything was ready for me when I arrived to collect my order. The order was placed in my vehicle for me by the staff and I had a long chat with Kay, who was extremely knowledgeable about our four legged friends and she gave me some great tips on how best to feed our little Darcy (Cocker Spaniel). Darcy has also really enjoyed the five different varieties I took away with me with her favourite being the one that includes Salmon. Would highly recomend Raw Made Simple to anyone wishing to give their dogs a great balanced diet and get good quality customer service as well.

The food and delivery is good but I used to pay approximately £55 for the value hamper that is now £63 and they are cheekily claiming it is reduced from £74. That's misleading people. I went to another supplier but unfortunately they have stopped trading which is why I am buying from RMS again. However unless they drop their prices I will have to go elsewhere again.

I have been looking for somewhere to buy fresh raw products for my dog. So Glad I found Raw Made Simple! Ordered and it all arrived in a cooled box the next morning. Could not be happier- and my dog loves the bones! I will certainly be a regular customer

Ordering this food for a while now, my 3 dogs like the variety, only once had a issue where the 2 bundles I ordered arrived and they were all the same food, I e mailed and was told I had to tick preferences? Never had a variety pack all the same food so was not happy with there explanation no attempt to change my order or offer a alternative, have ordered since and had no problem up to now, food is well packaged, delivery day notified, and quick, I have tried other raw food but my dogs prefer this brand, I award four stars only because of issue above and will continue to use unless I have any more problems

This is the only place I will buy my raw food from. Great service. Excellent quality. Not heavy on the price. Customer service is brilliant. I feed to my 3 dogs and 2 sphynx cats. It's great for the Sphynx because the mix is already 80/10/10 and is perfectly balanced for them. Animal food with this mix.... Let alone with bone is not easy to find and if you do find any it's usually poor quality.
