For us Raw Made Simple was a great choice for our two small dogs Bertie and Winnie. From first contact to receiving our first order was so simple. Kay was just amazing in giving advice and ideal feed amounts and I would say went the extra mile to get us started. She told us that the dogs would be super excited for meal times and she was right. service good delivered on time but not in refrigerated van and some of the packs were defrosting i was advised that this was not a problem if packs were put in freezer not opened suggest this info could nbe put on delivery note otherwise all very good dog loves it

Well,I had a discussion with the dogs and they say they are enjoying the variety in the platinum box and greenlighted me to keep buying. Personally the only problem is the plastic containers...is it possible to use cardboard?

Not only is the quality of the food and range of flavours far superior to other suppliers I have used (my previously picky dog has eaten every flavour I’ve served him enthusiastically, which is a first) but the customer service (when there was a hiccup with my order) was superb. Many thanks Kay!

Really good products

Outstanding customer service- I asked for large size bones for my big dogs and I received perfectly matched ribs and bones for my dogs. Delivery was well organized- communication was very good and products came in very good condition and well packed.

Food comes well presented, always delivered on time. Excellent packaging takes up minimal space when recycling. Most of all, my dog absolutely loves it.

Only food my fussy GSD will eat, not pasty like other raw dog foods and believe me when I say my dog has tried them all! Team are lovely always get me my last minute deliveries. Happy doggy 🐕

I've been buying my cat's food from this pet supply store for a few months now, and I'm very happy with the quality of the products. The store offers a wide range of brands and flavors to choose from, and I appreciate the knowledgeable staff who are always available to answer my questions.

I’m so disappointed with the change in texture of the raw food - it used to be chunky and red like fresh meat and now it looks like greyish pate and is a smooth and dry texture that my dog won’t eat it. We have been ordering every month for almost 3 years and have recommended RMS to so many people, but unfortunately won’t be ordering again since the product has changed too much from what it used to be. I’m really disappointed to have to find a new supplier as everything has been great for the most part until now.
