My Rottweiler is thriving on Rawmadesimple. The meat is a chunky mince with no vegetables added. I give her tripe as she has a sensitive stomach and Rawmadesimple have many choices of meat with tripe.

Dog loves the variety and very healthy choices

I have been waiting 2 weeks for a food delivery apparently they can’t get their delivery company to deliver, my dogs food has now run out but hey rather then this company swapping delivery companies they say I can have it after Christmas but no actual date, they then implied I was being unreasonable suggesting they get another courier, all their other customers are happy with not getting their orders apparently. Their attitude sucks! So I have to order some other food and try and get a delivery elsewhere so my dogs don’t starve over Christmas!

I was stuck for getting food for my cat (the Smooth is ok for cats) as the rabbit was out of stock. Kay was incredibly helpful when I contacted customer service & managed to find enough to keep my boy happy & the delivery was very prompt. Proper customer service.

I order from Raw Made Simple every month and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. My girl has been on a couple of different brands of raw & this is the only one she will eat consistently. Customer service is absolutely top notch as well. I recently had an issue with DPD delaying my order and subsequently disposing of the food because it is perishable. I contacted Raw Made Simple & they shipped me a replacement order asap, and when it looked like that order might have the same fate, they were more than happy to replace it again. 5 star service, thanks for the help!
