At first I was confused because the email told me items were shipped and then I received one package with half of the toys for the dogs. I left a message for your company and then a couple of days later, I received the second package with the rest of the toys. There were two items I did not order. I wanted the throw kong with cloth and I end up with two kongs toys for water ( no squeak sound). Should I send them back? If you can let the customer know thru email there will be two packages coming it will make things a little easier. Thank you. Well, we had received an email saying that our order would arrive that Monday. It didn't. So we called and asked what happened. The rep told us that the website was experiencing some kind of error, and that we really weren't going to get the item until Thursday or Friday. It actually arrived that Wednesday. It'd be great if we could rely on shipping timeframes

Terrible company! I ordered the same product two separate times neither order ever showed up. When I called to figure out where my order was the refunded my money and said we are sorry but we can not get this product to you. So even though I needed the product and paid for it they could not get it to me!
