Excellent transaction!

Wrong item received, first time using this vendor. Furnace filters, order & receipt said 18"x24", they shipped 24" x 8"! Because they didn't have the correct item. UGH update: I did receive a refund

Product is okay, but it arrived at my door a week and half later than promised. Max Warehouse has a problem that makes us hesitant to use the service again.

Excellent. 1 pair is holding a large kitchen drawer that contains 2 waste bins closed. We used the adhesive to position the plates before inserting the screws.

Placed the order online. They sent me an email a few days later and cancelled my order due to lack of inventory. Frustrating. Perhaps a better inventory management system would be beneficial for all.

Great customer service. And the prices were much better than the product’s website. Unfortunately, the product broke easily while assembling. The tabs on each cylinder literally pop off each time I pushed them into place—even with gentle pressure. Thank goodness I didn’t purchase these items for full price. We are making due under these circumstances.

I have hard to find AC filter. Everywhere I looked the filters were $3.00 each for a standard fiberglass filter. Max had them for less than half the price of others. They shipped fast and am so happy with the whole experience. I did chat with a customer service person who was quick to respond back to me. I’ll buy all of my filters from Max Warehouse! Highly recommend this company.
