The pine needle straw product was as described and worked perfectly. The coverage was also as described. It was shipped and delivered on-time in a neatly packaged but strong plastic casing, with a cardboard over box.

I had sent my order in on 4/1/21 and got the email reply that it would be here my 4/7/21 for my husbands birthday on 4/15/21. I got 2 of the 3 items that day and thought the big Evaporative Cooler was just taking longer. When I didn't receive it by 4/12 I called and they said they would try to get it to me as soon as possible and they did!! I received it on 4/14/21 and was able to give it to him on his birthday!! The delivery was a bit long but the humming bird feeder is beautiful and sturdy. Well worth it.

Product is high quality, but one of the boxes came crushed and the plastic handle was broken in three of the items and bent on the fourth.
