Worst experience ever. Never buying off your website ever again. I am going to make sure i tell everyone to never purchase products from your website. And believe me i will go out my way to get the word out I called your customer service number on march 22nd, 2021, and spoke with someone . I told them i wanted to return one of the products i received in the mail from you guys. I was told over the phone I would receive instructions via email on how to return the product . Four business days pass by and yet still no email. Screw you guys. The product was only like $25 dollars . The fact that you won’t help me return a $25 dollars product is just beyond ridiculous. Good luck in the future. I’m telling everyone i know to never use your website . 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Despite calls and assurances to the contrary, it took 13 days for me to receive what I ordered. One of the 6 bait packages had a tear in it and had leaked out.
