They had the part I needed. Didn’t think a an 1-1/4” pvc tubular offset would be hard to find but maxwarehouse was pretty much the only place I could find one.

This was my 1st time ordering from Max Warehouse. After Googling what I was looking for their site has the best prices. Then by ordering 5 I got a bulk discount PLUS 10% off coupon for opening an account. Shipping cost was reasonable and I got it within 48hrs. The whole experience was stress and worry free.

I ordered some clay pots and they were packaged so poorly that almost all of them were broken when I received them. Fortunately Customer Service was very good and I was sent a replacement. That order was packaged just as poorly and many were broken once again. Customer Service refunded me for the order. I appreciate that Customer Service was so helpful. But packaging of breakable items needs improvement! (There was a thin layer of bubble wrap, just around the sides of the box, but none on the top or bottom. So each time the box was set down in transit, the pots were damaged.)

Max Warehouse stuck an address sticker on a large bale of potting mix and shipped without any packaging. Of course it split in shipping and some fell out. What remained was put in a film bag by the carrier, which also ripped, then left by the carrier at the bottom of a handicapped ramp blocking it. I had to get help to move it when it was delivered because it was raining and the potting mix got wet and was very heavy to move.

The door thumb latch is a great fit. It looks amazing. It perfect for our 1830’s house that needed a new thumb latch. The shipping was super quick too.
