The product I received did not match the product style shown on the website, but I was given a refund. Max Warehouse has excellent customer service, and I would shop with them again in the future!

They had the part I needed in stock. I paid for expedited shipping on 6/22 to be delivered on 6/26 but did not receive it until 6/30, so that bothered me.

Packaging could be better. Bolts where all loose in the box. Had to sort them all out because the were all mixed together.

Max warehouse is awful! I spent almost $400 with them and they promised to have my product delivered by June 10, 2024. Nearly 10 days later they have still not sent out the product despite my emails and texts. They claim that exipidited delivery is “not available“. really max warehouse? Maybe it’s just that you’re too cheap to pay for the mistakes that you should be responsible for. Just terrible!

The prices are very fair. Delivery is prompt, but the packaging is always flimsy. Instead of placing the merchandise in appropriately sized boxes, you make boxes by tapping boxes together and they are always damaged when I receive them.
