I bought direct from this supplier as I like to support the smaller companies that don't always get due recognition for their products and service. The product was also delivered earlier than was the ETA when I placed the order, and fortunately I was able to receive it. As its a gift it hasn't been put through its paces as yet, but I did as recommended unpack and inspect the product which was nicely protected which is always a good indication of the products quality, so all good so far.

The ordered products were truly 'on stock'. Packaging was good, delivery was fast.

It was simple and straghtforward to select and order from your website, The product descriptions and pictures provided a good way to evaluate the most suitable items. The only hicup was the delivery firm used who managed to miss the promised delivery window and day completely and I needed to contact you to re-arrange. The product itself is a Christmas gift, so I cannot currently comment on installation and performance. Thanks for the great service.
