Plants look great. Surprisingly some came out of the tray and got dislodged and dirt got all over. So, I lost the order but I called MCG and they quickly identified all my plants from the photo that I provided. All is good.

I ordered some succulents that were on sale and they arrived in good condition.

I was going to wait a bit before doing a review. I ordered two Tokyo Sun succulents --- two because I saw another review from someone who said the ordered plant arrived dead. So I decided to try two, just to be sure I at least got one! And yes, the reviewer said the second plant died within two days! That is why I wanted to wait on a review. Yes, they are very small for the price --- the pots are each about an inch and a half square. And they were shipped on a Tuesday and arrived on that Friday -- in a box with "This Side Up" -- an injunction that the mailman followed (and then I dropped the box pulling it out of the mailbox!). Plants come with an instruction booklet --generalized info for all new succulents. I am adhering to those instructions. Both plants are alive. The other reviewer who said both plants were dead within two days of arrival --- well, so far so good after three days. They now sit in a sunny eastern window--- with a grow light nearby. Best I can say so far is that the order-and-shipping process worked out. I DID email Mountain Crest Gardens to inquire whether they approved of my planned choice of potting soil (Bonsai Jack succulent) or recommended something else. The instruction booklet says I can keep them in these "shipment pots" for up to a month. So I am waiting to hear and not eager to make too many fast changes too soon....Email sent by me on Saturday and it is only Monday morning (early in the Midwest and they are still sleeping in CA where this order comes from). So far so good. All I can tell you.

3 of the plants were, all but dirt less. Box full of loss dirt, cactus full of lose dirt.

This was the first time I ordered from MCG and it was a positive experience all around. The cacti were very healthy, happy, and well packed. I am definitely ordering from them again.

As the box was being delivered, it was obviously turned upside down. Some plants came out of their pots & there was planting medium spread throughout the box. The roots were exposed in many places. So far, the plants seem to be doing okay. There was minimal damage to them.

Everything came so well wrapped - in perfect condition. Lovely additions to my little succulent family.

Received all plants in good condition. All have since been reported and placed on my windowsill. Expecting my second order this week.

Everything was great, I just wish the “large” plants I ordered were bigger then what I received.

All of the plants except string of hearts are thriving! The String of pearls and variegated string of pearls are doing well. The String of Dolphins is already getting huge! The variegated string of hearts plant, especially for the steep $29.99 price is not doing well.

Love mountain crest garden. Everything was so well packaged. Ine of my succulents did end up falling apart which i totally understand happening. I contacted the customer care and got a responce the next day. After explaining and showing what happened we were able to resolve the issue no problem! They were wonderful.

This was my first time ordering from Mountain Crest Gardens and I was delighted with my plants. My order arrived early an each of my four plants came snuggled in a box with an extra pack of soil. There was also a booklet on how to take care of my new plants. Mountain Crest is my new go to center.

Very pleased with quality of plants, however I ordered plants for color. when they arrived they were all green. no instruction when I would have color in plants.

Last year I ordered one on Etsy. It was shipped via USPS. Due to COVID and postal inefficiency it took 10 days to make the 250 mile trip from shipper to me. After several months of waiting, it never rooted and slowly rotted. This time, thanks to MCG and FedEx, I have a bigger, fully rooted plant that is healthy and happy in its new home.

Received in good condition. Plants looked healthy.
