Two of my plants (pink moonstones) that I ordered died within a couple of days of opening them. I know they are very fragile so I’m not upset, it happens, they are live plants. Other than that, everything else was stunning. Beautiful specimens, arrived quickly. I would order again for sure!

As a newbie addict I am delighted with my first purchase! Also being a newbie I am learning as I go. A few of the plant tags fell out during shipping, and I believe I got a mystery plant as well, as I could not match a marker to the plant. It’s very exciting to begin this new hobby and I will certainly be purchasing many more additions to my frowning family. I will be posting pictures soon!

I received my order, but plant broke off from its roots. I don't usually do well with propagating. I am going to try and see if it will live.

Order arrived in good shape, plants are looking good, they were packed very well, was some dirt out of the pots, and on the plants, let them warm up under my plants lights and watered them and sprayed the off the next day. I plan on transplanting them into another pot after Christmas.

Beautiful succulents every time. And if they are anything less than perfect, they will gladly offer a replacement.

The plants are all over the place in the shipping box. Some / plenty leaves are broken. Not well packed :(

My order arrived as promised. A bit covered in dirt, but I guess that is to be expected. However The Fairy Washboard had some burnt tips. I reached out to customer service and they are replacing the damaged plant. I was told I would receive the replacement by weeks end. I love the personal touch that Mountain Crest Gardens provides. I will purchase from them again.

Although I did receive my order quickly, I don’t believe the plants are as healthy as others I’ve purchased elsewhere online.

Recibí mi orden el Lunes 29 de Noviembre 2021. Algunas estaban deshidratadas y otras de las suculentas tuvo muchas hojas caídas: Calicó Kitten y Echeveria Burgundy. La Graptoveria Debbie solo se quedó con 4 hojas, pero hasta hoy todas están vivas.
