I received my order of succulents from Mountain Crest on time as they had promised. All the succulents were in very good shape. I couldn't believe how well packed they were. I will be reordering from them again in the spring.

Mountain Crest Gardens has done it again. Absolutely stellar, healthy plants packaged with the utmost care and delivered very quickly. They remain my favorite succulent supplier.

I am pleased with the packaging, prices and speed of processing and shipping. I bought 14 plants and the Echeveria prolifica didn't survive. The poor thing was covered in dirt and just fell apart as I was taking it out to repot. Many leaves were yellow and transparent. A few leaves were alright, so I am trying to propagate them. There were about a total of five fallen leaves on the other plants, but that can happen buying them in person or when repotting. The 13 other plants are thriving, their colors are coming back and look like the online photos. Overall, I am still confident in purchasing from MCG, again and already have a list going.

The package initially looked well packed but upon opening dirt was everywhere. The plants had maybe 1/3 of their dirt in the pot. All were severely dehydrated and shriveled as if they were packed a week before they shipped. I repotted all of them — just hoping they can make a comeback now.

Mountain Crest Gardens is a great company, with the widest selection of quality succulents. I also enjoy all the videos that you can watch too on how to take care of the plants. Most times, with the exception of this last shipment of a bulk order, the plants are arrive fresh. This was not their fault, but something happened with a delay after the shipment went out. These plants are hardy! I will continue to shop here!
