Everything was well packed in shipping box. Plants were hearty and a bit bigger than I expected, all in good condition upon opening. Excited to get so many varieties of plants! I appreciated the care booklet and succulent name list.

Plants arrived in beautiful condition. I was afraid because one was marked fragile and the other shipping issues, but they were perfect. Also, Kudos to the postal service this time. They were even placed in my mailbox with the arrow pointing up :)

Received my plants in a timely manner and they were properly protected and arrived in good condition. Appreciated the little guidebook on caring for the new plants and will definitely buy more when I can!

Excellent and fast shipping. However, in this shipment, the plants came out wet and some with translucent and soft leaves.

They arrived in perfect condition. Lots of shredded paper packing. The kids had a blast throwing all that “confetti” in the air. Thanks I’d definitely consider using mini succulents as a little favor give away again.

The plants I ordered came in and were wrapped beautifully! The care taken with the plants was amazing and I was pleased with that. All but 1 plant arrived in wonderful condition and when I called to ask them what to do the customer service gave me instructions and I was reimbursed for that plant. My only frustration is that I ordered an indoor succulent tray and received a Haworthia tray. When I inquired about that they said that "Colors and varieties will be similar to photo, but may vary depending on the season." Which I completely understand but wish they would state on their website when the desired tray is out of stock especially since I didn't receive even 1 plant from the desired tray. Aside from that I am 100% satisfied with my order, so much so that I made a second order the day I received my first order.

I finally received my order, it was sent to my po box in another town.

My plants arrived in a box packed with paper filler to keep them as safe as possible during transit. Of course, some dirt had been tossed around the inside of the box, but it was obviously packed with care and not the fault of the seller. All plants were beautiful, and I would purchase again.
