The customer service provided by Eric was exceptional. After I had initially reached out with an inquiry about possible finance, he maintained a respectful connection via email and occasional phone call. At no time was Eric pushy, he simply let me know how he could help and stayed in contact, which gradually build a sense of familiarity, trust, and respect. Over time I had approached a number of lenders and found their approach to 'selling' rather off putting. When we were needing finance, I immediately thought of Eric and reached out to him, and he was exceptional in the service he provided. At all times I found Eric to be polite, respectful, helpful, and prompt with follow up/through. He took the time to know me, my business, and understand our needs. As needed, he educated me on the sector/products/processes and helped me identify a product that was going to best suit our financial needs. He was always positive and balanced in his advice. Rob Henderson from valiant finance took deposits upfront promised me the world then took more money and got me half the amount I wanted then he forced me to take it when it wouldn’t even finish the project this guy is a total fraudulent man he then liquidated my company and tried to sue me for costs that where not even correct please be careful dealing with this company very dodgy may seem professional up front but very scary to deal with rob will suck you in and tell you he has it done and will work on it pay me upfront don’t pay a cent don’t even deal with them
