My great experience started with Gabriel from Valiant and whilst the Lender (Lumi's) staff were great, it was Gab who steered this process the whole way through. Dealing with money and seeking loans, it's a very serious thing and there are a zillion people wanting to "sell you their loans/money" and of course, all of them are heavily incentivised by Commission. So its very hard to Trust - lots of suspicion about high costs and what is "hidden". The key stand outs in this interaction that caused me to proceed was Gab's excellent communication, both in reliability, speed and phone style/attitude. Gab deferred away from the usual "pushy" side exhibited by so many in this field to being very clearly sincere. In summary, Gab was a person I have never met who I felt I could trust.
