Make an order with them as they had some useful foods I sometimes have trouble getting. Ordered sausages and Char Siu roast pork. Could not deliver right away because they had the roast pork but they were waiting for the sausages. After a week they now had the sausages (which they said they would keep for me) but were now waiting for the roast pork. Then the next week they had not kept my sausages but now had the roast port, and anyway Chinese New Year had passed, so I gave up and cancelled.

Food are great. Service was very efficient, with some personal touch, which I haven't come across with other Chinese food website. Also the bakery with HK style 麵包, which is unique among online orders. Very impressive. Thank you.

I ordered 8 cans of different fizzy drink to make a hamper as a present. They didn't have 3 so substituted them for ones I already ordered. They arrived and two of them were out of date and three of the cans were damaged. I complained and sent pictures, was told they were out of office and would get back to me. I heard nothing so sent a follow up email. I have been ignored.
