Overall, I'm pleased with my experience. Delivery was fast + very well packaged (I had some frozen items that were still 100% frozen on delivery) and I found the items are reasonably priced, considering they're imported. However, I had a phone call a couple of days after placing my order stating that a bunch of items I'd ordered were actually out of stock. The replacement items were okay (one candy for a different kind, for example) and I got a refund for some things that had no good replacement option. It's frustrating though, as the website says these items are in stock (and there are items on the website that are marked as being out of stock), and it makes me reluctant to order from here again as I don't know if I'll actually get the items I ordered. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful, and the items I received are great + as described. I just wish the website was better updated so I could be assured I'd actually receive everything I ordered, rather than getting substitutes or a refund.

The order arrived quickly correctly and well packed at a very good price. The couriers probably justified the delivery price so overall the experience was fine and I shall be using them again.
