They used DPD and driver didn’t deliver it although they said they did. I have CCTV footage of this. DPD advised me to request full refund from company while they are investigating but they are refusing!! That was 14 days ago and still nn refund or replacement. Terrible customer service!!!

I mistakenly only added one frozen item, I thought I'd chosen 3, which is my mistake but even so I paid £12 for delivery that was late and wasn't kept cold. My dumplings had completely defrosted and stuck together so became one giant blob of a dumpling and wasn't able to separate them. Will not be ordering anything frozen again, expensive and pointless if the item isn't kept cold. Also ridiculously hard to open the package, it was taped horrendously. Noodles are great, but can't really go wrong with that. Overall disappointed, I think the dumplings would have been great if they could have been enjoyed as intended.

The choice of products was great and the shipping was very fast. The only negative I had was that I was refunded for 2 items and it did not specify why on the email. I presumed the items were not in stock which they weren't but not a massive problem

Service Excellence deserves 5 Stars. I ordered a product which I know now they didn't have in stock at the time I ordered but, they were expecting a delivery which had not been delivered so my order was being massively delayed. I received a call explaining this and offering an alternative which I was happy to accept. Most businesses would have simply refunded my money and apologised in an email. These guys could have done the same but, clearly they have standards and I appreciate that.
