Such a variety of products to choose from and all in stock too. Their customer service was some of the best customer service I have ever received from a company both on email and over the phone. They’re incredibly attentive and really care about ensure you have the best from their service and produce. Can’t wait to order from them again as I’m sure this will now become a regular occurrence. Couldn’t recommend more!

I don't usually write reviews but... The website is clear, well designed and easy to navigate, the products i ordered were just as expected; good quality, very tasty and fresh. I had a short interaction with customer service (item out of stock) and the lady i spoke to was helpful and friendly as well! Delivery was quick, overall 10/10 experience, will be ordering again! :))

Absolutely appalling customer care / service. Some of the items sent to me were either damaged during transit or already in a bad state before delivery. I had chosen next day delivery, but the longan received was mouldy. A can of hoisin sauce and a can of jackfruit was seriously dented. A clay pot was also damaged. I called and also emailed them with the photos as soon as the items were received. They said they would contact DPD. After waiting for a week, I called the company but the answer was they were still waiting for a meeting with DPD ! But what does that have anything to do with me as a customer? I was totally unsatisfied and requested them simply to resend a clay pot and refund me the other items. They only refunded the longan and the clay pot which they claimed was out of stock. For the seriously dented tins, their answer was ‘for the Jackfruit / Hoi Sin sauce as this still seems in a useable condition we wouldn’t be able to offer a discount on this’ How they expect anyone buy and pay full price on such damaged goods is despicable.
