Very short expiry time on the sauces and poor excuse for not delivering as promised next day ( no refund offered . Who has a cut off time of 10 am ? I ordered at 10.25 . However it eventually arrived well packed , but despite sending the requested photo of the short expiry date to date I've had no reply other than a reminder to review them ! Update since this review was written and before it was live they have been in touch and offered a 20% refund

We ordered are products& didn’t receive it the day after; we didn’t receive our products until I made my complaint by ringing the store & received by the weekend.

Great price for the item I bought (penang curry paste). Delivery charge felt a little expensive for 3-5 day service so we paid the extra 70p to "upgrade" to next day delivery service and I was glad we did. Regular emails throughout the order/despatch/delivery period, and items arrived very well packaged. Can't wait to get cooking!

Food delivers fast, well-packed. Nissan noodles have 6-7 month till expiry. Really a bargain to buy boxes of instant noodle. If you buy more boxes, delivery fee will be more acceptable.

Brilliant! Made my first order, they didn't have 2 of my items but they let me know straight away, changed it for something else and the rest of the money was refunded quickly. Fast delivery with tracking. Would definitely buy from again.

The website is easy to navigate and informative, postage was very quick (a little pricey but the speed made it worth it), and the customer service was very good. Someone from the business took the time to call me to let me know a couple of the items I ordered were out of stock and offered alternatives or a refund. I appreciate that a lot.
