Awful. product was sold out after I bought it and they don’t even knock on your door resulting in re scheduled delivery

Great service, I even got a phone call to say an item I wanted was out of stock and that they would refund me, I got a refund within 24 hrs. My order came well packaged and everything I ordered was delicious.

They reached out directly to me over the phone to let me know there were a few items out of stock and check if I wanted a refund or to choose something else instead. Additionally, I paid with PayPal, and for some reason they delayed processing the payment for over a week, so I contacted the store over email on the 3rd day, they were super helpful and attentive while I figured out what happened and were happy to provide alternative solutions. Incredible customer service and, quick delivery (arrived the following working day after payment was processed). 100% recommended.

it has the products i need for the lowest price on the market ( at least the ones i am searching at ). you can chose between next working day delivery, for a higher fee, or a standard delivery ( 3-5 working days)

ive never ordered from this site before and i was a little worried trying somewhere new but i got emails detailing when and how my parcel would arrive as well as an amazing price (24 cup noodles for only £21.99)! package arrived on time and was a really short delivery of a couple days, all items were in date and packaged well (no damages). great communication and great service, i will be back for more after i enjoy my noodles :)
