Started running again after a gap of about 20 years and had quite bad pain in both my knees. I am in my sixties. Saw an advert for your active joint care cream and thought I would give it a try. A definite big improvement! My knees now twinge a bit sometimes but am still running 3 times a week. I am using the joint gel as well, using them alternatively. The hand cream is also an excellent product.
