I purchased the ActiveCare Cream after a friend recommended it to me. After a few days applying it to my hands and ankles there was a noticeable change in the pain and swelling, within a week the difference was remarkable. I have been using this for some time now and find it the best products for my arthritis. I have tried many things in the past but never again as this really helps me. I have been recommending this to friends who have seen the difference it has had on my hands alone.

EDIT - this morning I had a phone call from Adrian at Natural Skincare Factory. He was lovely, and very apologetic about my experience. He has assured me that this will not happen again and is sending me a free tube of the product I ordered. He didn’t need to do this - the fact that he called me and apologised was enough -, but he insisted. Wonderful customer care, I will certainly buy from them again. Original post - I like this product, and have ordered this twice before. Unfortunately, when I ordered it this time, I was told that it can’t be delivered to Guernsey. This is pretty rubbish, there have been no problems with previous two orders. I had to have it sent to a relative on the mainland and they will post it on to me. This shouldn’t be necessary, and I may well not order again.

I saw natural skincare products advertised in the sunday times and decided to try their Active Skin care Cream. Package arrived promptly and I have followed application instructions and have noticed an improvement in the particular joint mobility and a reduction in pain.

My mum loves the product and thought the free hand cream came with the item I did not realise you had to confirm a code, why not just send the hand cream with every order
