We were looking for a garden office and had done extensive research, contacted Smart Modular and they were by far and away the most responsive and knowledgeable. Made the whole process incredibly easy, all the team from Head office to the installers were brilliant, couldn’t asked for a nicer more professional team. Our experience with Smart Modular has been excellent from start to finish. Communication is outstanding and the team guides you through the process from initial discussion, site visit and then on to the build seamlessly. Everything went exactly to plan and the on-site teams completed the build in 5.5 working days which was less than the 7 day estimate. I spoke to a couple of other companies offering a similar service but had a great feeling about Smart Modular from the outset so delighted that that we used them. Really looking forward to getting the studio furnished now that decorations are complete. Brilliant communication, value for money price, friendly on-site team and totally reliable. I can’t recommend Smart Modular highly enough!

After a really stressful move into our new build bungalow and numerous problems with the builder and various contractors we was really nervous about inviting more contractors in but the guys from Smart modular restored my faith. From start to finish they were an absolute dream to work with, they were punctual, tidy, respectful and the team really work well together and the whole project ran like clockwork. They always replied promptly to any questions or queries we had and we absolute love our new gym! I’ve been out there every night working out while catching up on netflix! Smart modular’s design and build of our garden office was excellent from start to finish. Communication was outstanding using WhatsApp resulting in a highly responsive engagement between the team and us throughout the whole process. The team were prompt, efficient and friendly. The garden office is of a high quality in design, build and materials and the end product looks fantastic. The aftercare documentation is clear and helpful. Smart Modular are fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. They have great ideas, they listen to what the customer wants and they will do anything they can to make sure you are happy. They built a his n hers offices with an outside covered heating area for us. The design process was seamless and they are always on hand to help with any queries. Once on site the team are exceptional and are really proud of the work that they do. They are all so polite and efficient and it was all built in 2 weeks - fantastic! We had a couple of snags afterwards and they were straight on it to find a solution. We have recommended them to friends who are also delighted with the outputs. Such a great team all round! What a fantastic company to work with for our garden office/gym. Smart Modular are nothing but professional from start to finish, The quality of our build is unbelievable with long guarantees. The build team were super professional, took extreme pride in their work and most of all were friendly and tidy. Couldn’t recommend smart modular enough, the office/gym is already the talk of the village as it’s off grid, in a remote location and blends in with the surroundings perfectly, a few more orders from the north west might be coming your way

Quick design service , everything considered, I asked for some customisation and nothing was too much trouble. Efficient, great guys and amazing end product . I highly recommend them.

Over a month since Smart Modular finished our garden room and I still look at it and can’t believe it’s happened so efficiently. We spoke with a number of companies before we came across Smart Modular. They were by far the easiest to deal with, totally listened to what we needed, came up with ideas, were flexible and was just no-nonsense really. Other companies only allowed virtual consultations or sent reps who came around with brochures. Despite being almost 200miles away, Smart Modular came in person to quote and weren’t put off by the project. Tim was the only consultant to peg an outline of the garden room on site with an extremely long tape measure, it sounds simple but no one else did this and it really helped with visualising the project. The quote was prompt, transparent, easy to understand and had breakdown prices for all optional extras. I don’t know if other companies do this but Smart Modular added us to a project WhatsApp group which enabled us to communicate with them with any queries every step of the project and they were always very speedy with replies, weekends too. Once contracts were signed and deposit paid, the garden room was made off site at their workshop, this was a dream. I have had friends who have had builders on site for weeks and this was definitely not something we wanted. In total, builders/electricians were on site for 8 days only, it would have been fewer days but we have a very long garden and we also wanted internet in the room which had to run out from our living room at the front of the house. This was a mammoth job and at one point I really thought this wasn’t possible but SM’s electricians completed the task… and I couldn’t even see the wires!! The whole team were hardworking and polite, we didn’t opt for the portaloo given we have a downstairs toilet, the team even took off their shoes when they came into the house which shows how respectful they were. As mentioned, the garden room was completed over a month ago, we have decorated and furnished it now. The internet is perfect, we’re able to work in the room with no issues, stream Netflix as if we’re in the house. It’s been very cold recently and the radiator, which is in the corner of the garden room heats the room up in minutes, it’s so lovely and cosy in there. Anyway, really really pleased we found Smart Modular! Thank you all so much!

Amazing company! Straight forward process from design to build. The team did a great job and barely knew they were outside until 2 days later when the unit was up! Couldn’t believe how fast it took, 5 days total!! And it looks superb, very very happy.
