Absolutely love my garden studio. The garden room is perfect for what I want and is my little Haven to craft and get arty in. The whole process with Smart Modular was incredibly easy and efficient, such good service from beginning to end they were very helpful. I couldn't believe how quickly the building went up whilst being finished to a high standard.

From start to finish, I enjoyed the process. From the initial dialogue, through to the site visit and, finally, the build, I don’t have anything but positives to say about Tim, Stuart and the team. The timescales between agreement of the plot and the build was also very quick, given the increase in demand due to Covid. Now that the build is completed, I couldn’t happier and would happily recommend to anyone else wanting the same!

They focus on the project details and finish the impeccable garden room. Manager Stuart is professional and friendly to help me during the project. Smart modular came for a site visit prior to booking, Stuart was very professional and went through everything in detail. As I needed planning permission for the height I required for my business, Stuart and the team applied for planning permission on my behalf then waited for the approval. The team who built my studio was very friendly, efficient and brilliant time keeping, stuck to timelines and presented a great quality building for my business which I’m extremely happy with.
