It was easy to sign up for, easy to do, cost effective and had variety in content presentation.

The course seems very good at covering food safety and hygiene. It is well laid out, with useful videos and stock photos to break up the text. Some things are obvious, some are not. It says it takes 5.5 hours but I managed it in 2.5 without rushing and with coffee breaks. It doesn't work on Brave, so I had to use Chrome. As someone else remarked, some of the multiple choice wrong answers are just ridiculous and should be revised to be more credible, as this lowers the value of the qualification. Unlike every other course I have ever done, there is no material to have for reference in the future unless you were to somehow go back over the course and save every page. This for me is a major problem.

The course is well set out, with clear instructions. It uses a combination of text and short videos. To help with the learning process there are simple tests at the end of each unit.

It's hardly the most rigorous training. Some of the multiple choice answers seem designed to stand out as obviously wrong. For example: "An allergen is..." where a possible answer was "A form of the French verb 'aller!'" Other 'test' questions find the online platform confusing words with numbers. 3 stars is a generous rating. The course information is sound and very clear: the testing doesn't seem to meet the same standard

Decided to take this safety food hygiene test to refresh. My knowledge has not worked in food for the past five years. I found the course was pretty straightforward. I’m very enjoyable.

Great course, sets you up for food hygiene as needed. Would definitely recommend to others as easy enough to sit and go through it.

Found the course straight forward to use.

The course was broken down into modules, and you could return to it , although I just carried on straight through, it took 3.5 hours which is what it said, plus the exam. It was concise and clear, initially very easy to set up, and the result was instant.

Full course for food hygiene cert. level 2. Found this easy to do online, as much or as little at a time. Each time I logged out, my progress was held so I could pick up again where I left off. Tests at end of each topic and final exam. Would recommend this co.

The online Food Safety course I took with this company was comprehensive and thorough. However, some of the material was repetitive, some contained information that was of little practical benefit, and one module was downright confusing. After taking the final exam you are told how many questions you got wrong - but if you’ve reached the pass mark it doesn’t allow you to go back and look at the questions to find out which you answered incorrectly. So there’s no opportunity to correct any points you might have misunderstood.
