I took the Food Safety and Hygiene course on line over a couple of months. I thought it was well designed and covered all the necessary areas. It was helpful that I could log in and complete the course over a couple of months, which made it more manageable

I wasn't really satisfied with this course. You have limited time to take your course. There were spelling mistakes. The course was boring and after finishing it almost falling asleep they ask you to write your name in capitals where I have made a spelling mistake. I know it is my fault. I contacted them the reaction was quite fast unfortunately not helpful at all. so I have to do it again and probably even pay for new course only because one spelling mistake. Good until you have a problem

Really easy to navigate through the website, love the fact you can leave and come back to where you left off. Plenty of time to complete the course and very easy to understand. Passed first time, instant certificate received by email. would definitely recommend to anyone.

I found the course interesting and informative. I am not a quick learner, but if i can do it anyone can.Great price and very detailed.

Unfortunately with the current pandemic and having to juggle working from home, home schooling, childcare etc etc I was unable to complete my course within the specified time frame. I received no understanding of these extenuating circumstances and after the initial, rather rude response about me losing access to complete the course a few days after expiry, I was totally ignored. Very disappointing customer service. So they now have my money and I have nothing to show for it. I can't imagine it costs anything to reactivate my account for another week but would turn a very tired and unhappy customer into a happy one ☹

I found this to be a great course. lots of information easy to follow simple instructions would highly recommend received certificate straight away.

Loads of information, well laid out and easy to read through. Was a bit disappointed that after completing the final exam you were not able to go back and see which questions you got wrong and what the correct answers should have been. I got 90% and would have liked to have known what I got wrong. If there was an option to do this I couldn't see it so should be more obvious and if there isn't that option I really think there should be!

Be careful as there is no reminder that course is about to expire and no willingness to help or meet with regards to expiry.

Very easy to read and follow. Good videos and tests after each section was helpful.

The layout of the course was good; the pictures and videos kept it from being too intense and supported the text. The English, however, was poor; eg 'This temperatures' and 'higher that' when it should read 'higher than'. Punctuation was very poor, to the extent that sometimes it made it difficult to understand a sentence at teh first reading. It needs to be proof-read by someone well qualified to remedy these faults.
