Very good. Always love to get stuff from you. The sticker that were graciously inserted in my package were done so sloppily so they were bent.

Sent wrong brake parts (Rovers North website had parts labeled wrong), was sent replacements, defective brake parts received, and replacement part sent was again defective. Sales associate didn’t seem to care much to fully resolve the issue other than blame the parts supplier (Rovers North has more of these defective parts they are selling), and basically say the parts are fine even with the defect. Parts are overpriced and simply cheap Britpart products listed as “Proline” on the website. This has resulted in my Defender being un-drivable for weeks now due to Rovers North’s bad products and service.

I recently ordered a part that was damaged in transit. Rovers North sent me a replacement piece within days no questions asked. That is great customer service. I have always been treated this way in the 20 or so years of ordering from RN.

Always fast and efficient. It is a shame the parts for Series Land Rovers do not have more reviews to help when purchasing and it would be nice if you could get a break on the shipping on higher dollar orders. If you pick up the phone or email they are always helpful.
