Rovers North rocks! I try to order everything I need for my three rovers through them. Their shipping is fast and they even take PayPal which makes it even easier. I do have two suggestions: 1. Backorders: capture all back ordered items in a single location that is accessible to you customer and then actively manage closing them out. I have a few, but have difficulty finding them across multiple orders and feel I sometimes have to chase to find status. 2. Somethings in your online catalogue are hard to find. For example, if I look through the Defender section, select engine, and then 300tdi, I might think those are all the Defender 300tdi parts. However, if I search I can discover many parts that don't come up under the specific vehicle search. While I'm on this point, crisp up your search function, it is too basic. These are just suggestions designed to help! You guys are outstanding! Mark Reid

Got odd parts for series II 1960; no sweat! Always can get if don't have Have been customer since 1998 when we used to place long distance toll calls to order and use Speed Number to get to account. I probable have some "restorer's credit" somewhere, too, but have not needed to replace frame, yet.

I dropped it from 3 stars to 2 because after telling me they were going to help me out after the fact, they didn't bother. ************************************************************ I've bought a lot of stuff here and I had an issue last year with a part. I then sent a note about it and never heard back. Expected more honestly. **I did talk with Steven and he said they would figure it out with me the following day and then no one called. That was 2 + weeks ago. FWIW. ***Three months later, no call back. I kind of see this as a double fail now. Why bother having if you aren't going do anything about it?

First, even though this was just a small order, it was handled quickly. I live in Vermont, so had the parts the next day with no special handling. Second, I've dealt with RN since 1980, and I've always been able to find what I need. My Series III is a working Rover, so it is nice to know I can always find the parts I need to keep it running.

I don't buy a lot of parts for my Rover, but when I do need something Rovers North always has the part and it normally arrives a few days after the order. I've had to call them a few times. They are always friendly and helpful.
