The Discovery Ii passenger door handle came without the forward gasket. Otherwise very good prompt freindly service for 25 years.

Easy to find a part and good price! More photos and graphics is the best. Sometimes it is not easy to find the part number. We, the "not expert" people prefer photos or maps.

Purchased an item and was advised it was out of stock for three weeks but was told that,if I wished, that the order would be held and that unless I advised to the contrary it would be despatched the day it arrived. i managed to find the item else where a week later, and informed Rovers North but due to some confusion the same item had just been despatched to me. However they managed to contact thier carrier and had it returned and sooon after made a full credit back onto my card. Contact with this company is a pleasure with very curtious guys who go out of their way to assist

Hello - we've been customers for 20 years and have had some great experiences with your staff. We're rebuilding our 3.9 in Mexico and while I reached out to both, Bearmach has been more on it with regard to my many questions. Also, prices on the RN site can get crazy. Piston rings for the V8 - something like $20 across the pond but looks like $104-285 on RN. I had a similar issue with a prop shaft a few years ago and found it elsewhere. We're overlanders keeping an older Rover rolling in Mexico so fast and reasonably-priced shipping abroad is also important for us. Hope this is helpful. All the best from Oaxaca!

Always a good experience with RN... Great availability of genuine parts with the option of Proline. Shipping is lightning fast, usually here the next day with normal FedEx. I wish there were an amount to exceed that results in free shipping like $100... Also, an amount that when exceeded, like $1,500 that results in a 10-15% discount...
